Q :  The Website is in english but your portfolio is all written in french, why is that ?

A :  Originally, this was just my portfolio Website, so everything was in French, as my portfolio would be mostly visited by french speaking people. I then had the idea to add more than just my portfolio to this Website, mainly because I wanted a place to write articles about whatever came to my mind, and unlike my portfolio, the target audience for them is not limited to french speakers. That and I find it easier to express my thoughts in English.

Q : Also what's up with all the different styles/themes ?

A :  I really like CSS styling. Also the theme of my portfolio wasn't going well with the home page, and then I thought "At this point, let's just make a different style for each section".

Q :  Then why doesn't this Q&A page have a custom theme too ?

A :  I'm not making a custom theme for a Q&A page consisting mostly of bad humor.

Q :  "Green Jacket Boy" ?

A :  I'm fairly young, I identify as male, and usually wear a green jacket. Although this name is mostly an online identifier, and for practicality, you can refer to me as Yann, Green, or Glenn

Q :  I read some of your portfolio, shouldn't it be more serious if it is aimed at potential recruiters ?

A :  I don't think it should. First I think people often forget that recruiters are also humans, and they probably appreciate some humor even in a portfolio. Second it's an expression of my personality, if they dislike it that much, then it's probably best for everyone to not go further. Also I think it's a nice touch and contribute to make it stand out.

Q :  Which OS and software do you use ?

A :  Ah that's the kind of questions I like to answer, not the typical "can you list 3 flaws about yourself". I use Linux, the EndeavourOS distibution to be precise. For the Desktop Environment/Window Manager, it's either KDE or Hyprland, depending on the day. And as for my Code Editor, I use mainly VS Code, although I'm experimenting a lot with Kakoune.

Q :  Can you list 3 flaws about yourself ?

A :  ... No.

Q :  Can you list 3 qualities of yours ?

A :  I'm curious, I like to use technologies to their maximum potential, and I'm a very creative person.

Q :  Are you telling me that I have to click the Go Back button of my browser to get back to the real Home Page ?

A :  I'm ... strugling to understand why this matters so much, but if you want, the Home Page image at the top redirects you to the Home Page.
